Core Philosophy

Deterministic System Architecture

We reject the industry's reliance on bloated proprietary clouds and fragile configurations. GridLogic designs systems that operate transparently, survive local network disruptions, and guarantee business autonomy.

Pillar 01

Physical & Network Fabric

The foundation of every high-performing system is physical determinism. We reject uncertified copper cabling, poor patch terminations, and chaotic comms cabinets. Every cable run is solid-core Cat6A or multi-strand fiber, terminated in structured patch panels, tested with calibrated analyzers, and labeled to TIA/EIA standards. Network switches are architected with isolated VLAN broadcast domains to ensure operational isolation between VoIP, CCTV, guest devices, and core corporate servers.

Pillar 02

Open-Source Sovereignty

True sovereignty means you cannot be held hostage by escalating recurring licensing costs or abrupt changes to terms of service. We deploy production-ready open-source platforms—including Linux hypervisors, Nextcloud, Vaultwarden, and TrueNAS ZFS systems—running on dedicated on-premise hardware or sovereign European cloud hosting. Your company owns the hardware, controls the keys, and preserves data confidentiality.

Pillar 03

Local-First Automation Logic

When external internet connectivity fails, your building must not lose the ability to turn on lights, monitor temperatures, unlock gates, or record surveillance video. Our automation routines execute locally on hardened micro-servers. State machines, timers, sensor triggers, and alarm logic never require a round-trip to remote third-party cloud servers.

Pillar 04

Immutable Disaster Recovery

A backup is merely an unverified assumption until a restoration drill succeeds. We enforce cryptographic append-only immutable storage rules (WORM). Once written, backups cannot be deleted or altered by ransomware operators. Automated bare-metal restore drills are routinely scheduled and documented to guarantee aggressive recovery time objectives (RTO).
